Warning and stop signals are used to demarcate the work site for tram drivers to obey. The signals are placed under the responsibility of the controller of site safety.
Warning signal A3: yellow traffic cone with blinking yellow light
Meaning: Approaching work site.
From this point permitted tram speed is limited to a maximum of 15 km/h. The tram driver cis to expect
a stop signal further on.
Placement: Regime B = beginning of the tram stop on the approach of the work site
Regime C = minimum of 40 meters on the approach of the work site
Stop signal S1: red traffic cone with blinking red light
Meaning: Stop, entering work site.
Only safety personnel may operate the signal. When removing the signal, the site may be entered.
Regime B = end of the tram stop on the approach of the work site, ON the track
Regime C = minimum of 20 meters on the approach of the work site, ON the track
