For road and rail intersections, you have to use the public crossing points provided where possible.
When on the tram tracks, take the following into account:
1.Never cross at rail points;
Some point switches can be operated remotely and point blades can therefore suddenly move, which can cause jamming of feet and serious injury.
2.Never walk across cable ducts;
Cable ducts and tubes are often within the danger area and sometimes lids are missing, which can cause stumbling with physical injuries.
3.Never walk on rails or sleepers;
Rails and sleepers are often slippery.
4.Always step on the ballast.
